I tried to request something from I-Share, but it came back immediately as "Failed to locate potential supplier". Why can't I get this?
Why did my I-Share request not go through?
Answer
There are a couple of possible reasons.
- The item may only be available if you are a student, faculty, or staff member at the institution where that library is located. This is particularly common with textbooks.
- The item may be needed for reserves, and has not yet been processed at the home library.
